Tempier & Kerschbaumer tackle World Cup round-7

French and Italian rider in the action in Val d'Isère on July 28th
TX Active-Bianchi's Gerhard Kerschbaumer on Bianchi Methanol SL2 aims to reach the top again and to clinch the podium in the GC. U23 race is scheduled at 9 am. Stephane Tempier will try to enter Top 10. Longo will race in Bormio (Italy)

TX Active-Bianchi's French Stephane Tempier and Italian Gerhard Kerschbaumer will enter World Cup XCO's seventh and last round in Val d'Isère (France), on Saturday, July 28th.

U23 Kerschbaumer on Bianchi Methanol SL2 will be on the starting line at 9 am. Italian riders aims to reach the top again, to take the podium in the World Cup GC: actually Gerhard is fourth with 282 points, 72 less than leader Van der Heijden. Runner up at France Championships, élite Tempier on Bianchi Methanol SL2 set himself the target of reaching the Top-10 in the last race of UCI challenge. In the GC Tempier is 17th with 429 points. Elite race will start at 2 pm.

Tony Longo will race home. On Sunday, July 29th, Italian rider will be in the action in Bormio (Lombardy) at 5th Granfondo Alta Valtellina, P2P race. Junior Federico Barri on Methanol SX will be in Bormio as well.

His coetaneous Cristian Boffelli will take part at Giro del Monte Canto in Pontida, in the same Italian region. The further four Junior team's athletes - Giorgio Rossi, Oscar  Vairetti, Chiara Teocchi and Katia Moro - will play their cards at Youth Italian Cup XCO in Pila (Aosta, Northern Italy).
