Tempier & Kerschbaumer at World Cup in Canada

Two TX Active-Bianchi's riders at round-5 in Canada on Saturday, June 23rd
Elite Stephane Tempier and U23 Gerhard Kerschbaumer on Bianchi Methanol SL2 will play their cards at World Cup XCO round-5 in Mont Sainte-Anne (Canada). Tony Longo will be in the action at Marathon Italian Championships, Paez at Sella Ronda Hero

TX ACtive-Bianchi’s élite Stephane Tempier and U23 Gerhard Kerschbaumer will be in the action at World Cup XCO round-5 in Mont Sainte-Anne (Canada) on Saturday, June 23rd.

Kerschbaumer on Bianchi Methanol SL2 will come back to race at 9 a.m. (local time) on the course where, in 2011, he triumphed picking up his Bianchi bike. Tempier will be on the starting line at 2 p.m. (local time) in the Elite race on Methanol SL2 as well. After four rounds, Kerschbaumer is fourth among U23 with 177 points, whilst Tempier is 13th with 364 points, 26 less than the 10th placed.

Tony Longo and Leonardo Paez will compete on the longest distance. Longo on Methanol SL2 will take part at Marathon Italian Championships, on the Valleogra Mtb Race's course in Schio (Vicenza, North-East Italy), on Sunday, June 24th. Paez, just capped for London 2012 Olympics, will ride on Bianchi Methanol 29SL at Sella Ronda Hero, 82 km on Dolomiti's peaks with start and arrival in Selva di Val Gardena (Bozen, Northern Italy), on Saturday, June 23rd.

Junior team will also face a demanding week-end. Juniors Federico Barri and Cristian Boffelli will be in the action at 8th Franciacortabike, RPP Race in Erbusco (Brescia, Northern Italy), cadets and rookies' full roster at 2nd Trofeo Città di Verona.
