TX Active-Bianchi’s Stephane Tempier took a solid fourth place overall at the Internazionali d’Italia – Round 4 in Lugagnano (Piacenza), North of Italy, with team mate Cristian Cominelli in fourth in the Under23 classification, on Sunday May 30. Italian Champion Cominelli achieved his main goal as he was able to retain the overall lead.
Both Tempier and Cominelli survived a very warm and humid day of racing to finish in the first positions of the bunch, with French biker missing the podium by a narrow margin.
Filippo Galli, 18, ended up in seventh in the Junior race in Lugagnano whilst Beginner Giorgio Rossi claimed a new impressive win at the Valsabbia Bike race in Provaglio Valsabbia (Brescia) – North of Italy. Second was team mate Oscar Vairetti with Federico Barri in sixth.
TX Active-Bianchi team keeps now its focus on the forthcoming MTB events, starting with the Lessinia Legend race in Verona, on Wednesday June 2, where Colombian Julio Caro will try to shine again and bring the Bianchi team new important achievements.
