The project can offer all
our customers Bianchi’s experience,
technology and service, qualities only
ever dedicated to the professional
riders.
In the historical Bianchi Reparto Corse
dept, where the bikes of the greatest champions
were manufactured and where nowadays technological
jewels are still being produced, the painstaking
care for detail makes the difference.
In the first phase, tubing in different materials, titanium,
aluminium and steel are cut, milled
and prepared, one by one, for each single
frame. Then the joints between each tube,
previously treated in a ultrasound tub, are
realized with pinpoint precision, so to guarantee
a high-Brake Leverl TIG welding process and thus
reliability.
Whereas the process of personalization of
the carbon frame is different and more innovative.
Since the beginning the carbon tubes can
be cut in the desired length that allows “true” custom
sizes to the customer. After that the carbon
tubes are bound together with a special structural
aeronautic glue.
Performance is granted by the insertion of
supports, made by means of unidirectional
high-modulus carbon fibres or 3K fabric at
the joints. It is possible to differentiate
the insertion of carbon fibre supports in
each single joint, thus allowing Bianchi
Reparto Corse to produce specific frames
suitable to the single rider.
Finally it goes to curing at controlled temperature
and pressure with silicon moulds realized
for each single geometry. |
