Giro, Ferrari and Oltre on the podium in Vedelago

Androni Giocattoli's rider on Bianchi Oltre was third on the stage-18
Androni's Roberto Ferrari on Bianchi Oltre took third at Giro d'Italia's stage-18, 139 from San Vito di Cadore to Vedelago. Italian rider, winner of the stage-11 in Montecatini Terme, sprinted for victory with countryman Guardini and British Cavendish

Italian Roberto Ferrari on Bianchi Oltre placed third at Giro d'Italia's stage 18, 139 km from San Vito di Cadore to Vedelago (North-East Italy), on Thursday, May 24th. Androni Giocattoli's rider, winner of the stage-11 in Montecatini Terme, sprinted for victory with countryman Andrea Guardini and World champion Mark Cavendish.

Ferrari had also place fourth in the second stage, featuring start and arrival in Herning (Denmark).

At 2012 Giro team Androni Giocattoli, equipped with Bianchi Oltre bikes, also clinched a further victory with Miguel Angel Rubiano Chavez in Porto Sant’Elpidio (stage6), two second positions with Fabio Felline in Frosinone (stage 9) and Alessandro De Marchi in Falzes (stage 16) and a third with De Marchi himself in Cervinia (stage 14).
