Tempier clinched silver at French championships

Stephane Tempier placed second at XCO French Championships in Les Gets on July 14th, improving the placement taken in 2011. TX Active-Bianchi's rider performed well, keeping an even pace and showing a good condition in view of 2012 Olympics

TX Active-Bianchi’s Stephane Tempier on Bianchi Methanol SL2 placed second at XCO French Championships in Les Gets (Haute-Savoie) on Saturday, July 14th.

Tempier improved the third position of 2011, crossing the finish line 37 seconds behind olympic champion Julien Absalon and 1’13” ahead of Maxime Marotte.

“Stephane performed well, keeping an even pace, without any bendings. We’re really happy with his result: in Les Gets he confirmed to be the good rider who deserved to be capped for 2012 Olympics” TX Active-Bianchi’s team manager Massimo Ghirotto stated after the race.
