Groenewegen scores first seasonal win in Spain

Team Jumbo-Visma's Dutchman rode Oltre XR4 to outsprint Kristoff and Trentin in Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana's final stage

Team Jumbo-Visma's Dylan Groenewegen rode Oltre XR4 to the first seasonal win in Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana's fifth and final stage, 88,5 km from Paterna to Valencia (Spain). Groenewegen completed his effort in 1:50:17, outsprinting Alexander Kristoff and Matteo Trentin, re-affirming once more both his World-class sprinting skills and his feeling with Bianchi Oltre XR4. 
Seizing the aerodynamic advantage of his Bianchi’s high-performance aero road racing machine, enhanced by the revolutionary Bianchi CV system, the 25-year-old from Amsterdam had closed the 2018 season with 14 wins.
