Team Jumbo-Visma went close to win in Tirreno-Adriatico's opening TTT, 21,5 km with start and finish in Lido di Camaiore (Italy) on Wednesday, March 13th. The Bianchi-equipped squad re-affirmed its TT skills and the feeling with Aquila CV -Bianchi's ultimate time trial machine - finishing second in 22:32, 7 seconds behind Mitchelton-Scott and 15 seconds faster than Team Sunweb.
Roglic and his teammates will quest for success again - riding Oltre XR4 - in the stage 2, 195 km from Camaiore to Pomarance (Italy) on Thursday, March 14th. Team Jumbo-Visma's roster includes Jos van Emden, Primoz Roglic, Koen Bouwman, Tony Martin, Laurens De Plus, Robert Gesink and Paul Martens.
