The inspection was set up by GF Bianchi-Gimondi's organizer Giuseppe Manenti. The Dutchman also got to know Selvino and Boccola's climbs to be tackled in next Giro d'Italia's 15th stage on May 21st, with finish in Bergamo.
Bianchi supplies the Team LottoNL-Jumbo with four models engineered with Countervail® viscoelastic carbon material: Oltre XR4, designed to maximize the aerodynamic advantage and control; the ultralight Specialissima, perfect for GC riders, extra stiff for increased traction and stability at high speeds, and maximum control on the descents; Infinito CV that provides remarkable control on uneven surfaces and reduces muscular fatigue; the ultimate time trial machine Aquila CV, designed to increase power output and rider's energy, with maximum control with each pedal stroke.
Back to Team LottoNL-Jumbo in 2017 season, Lars Boom marked his first cyclocross podium finish since 2010 closing second in the Centrumcross Surhuisterveen on Wednesday, January 4th. Boom rode Bianchi Zolder disc.
