Dylan Groenewegen (Team LottoNL-Jumbo) claimed his second seasonal win in Tour of Norway's stage 2, 194 km from Eidsvoll to Brumundal (Norway) on Thursday, May 18th. The Dutch national champion preceded Norwegian Kristoffer Halvorsen and Edvald Boasson Hagen. Groenewegen had taken his maiden victory of 2017 three weeks ago in Tour de Yorkshire's opener in Scarborough (UK).

Runner-up in stage 2, Team LottoNL-Jumbo's George Bennett stepped on the podium again in Amgen Tour of California stage 5, 125,5 km from Ontario to Mt. Baldy on May 18th. The New Zealander finished third, two seconds behind Andrew Talansky and Rafal Majka, overall leader of the race with a 6-second advantage on Bennett himself. Team LottoNL-Jumbo's Robert Gesink was ninth in the stage, the same position he occupies in the GC.

Team LottoNL-Jumbo's riders are equipped with four models engineered with Countervail® viscoelastic carbon material:

  • Oltre XR4, designed to maximize the aerodynamic advantage and control
  • Specialissima, the ultralight frame, perfect for GC riders, it’s extra stiff for increased traction and stability at high speeds, and maximum control on the descents
  • Infinito CV, the ideal bike for the Classics, it provides remarkable control on uneven surfaces and reduces muscular fatigue.
  • Aquila CV, the ultimate time trial machine, it’s designed to increase power output and rider's energy, with maximum control with each pedal stroke.
