Team LottoNL-Jumbo's Dutchman finished the race in Kopervik behind Boasson Hagen and ahead of Jensen

Lars Boom (Team LottoNL-Jumbo) was second in Tour des Fjords stage 3, 180,2 km from Odda to Kopervik (Norway) on Friday, May 26th. The 31-year-old Dutch rider equipped with Oltre XR4 completed his effort in the wake of Edvald Boasson Hagen, preceding August Jensen, third placed. Boom's teammate Timo Roosen finished ninth.
With two stages to go, Roosen is third in the GC with a 24-second gap from the leader Dries Van Gestel, whilst Lars Boom came up to fifth (+0:38). Roosen is also second in the Youth classification.
