Tempier & Co. to enter World Cup round 4 with high spirit

In Lenzerheide (Switzerland) the Frenchman aims to improve Vallnord's display to hold the GC Top 5 while Fontana and Teocchi look for bounce back performance

Team Bianchi Countervail's Stephane Tempier will pursue two main goals in the XCO World Cup's round 4 in Lenzerheide (Switzerland) on Sunday, July 9th: to improve the result he scored in Vallnord, last week, in order to hold the GC Top 5. Tempier's teammates Marco Aurelio Fontana, aiming to bounce back after the last race affected by health problems, and Chiara Teocchi, looking for her best shape, will be part of the race as well.
Teocchi will ride Methanol CV in the Women's Under 23 race starting at 8.30 am. Later on, at 2.45 pm, Fontana and Tempier will tackle the Men’s Elite event.
Tempier is actually fifth in the GC with 350 points; further behind, Fontana has 95 points. Teocchi is 19th among Under 23 Women with 23 points. Team Bianchi Countervail is sixth in the UCI World Cup's MTB Teams standing with 93 points.
Bianchi supplies the team with two high end carbon models with racing geometry: the revolutionary Methanol CV and Methanol 29.1 FS (full suspension). The Junior Team is equipped with Methanol 29 SX model.
