Stephane Tempier warms up to hold and possibly strengthen his Internazionali d'Italia Series’ overall lead, with help from teammate Nadir Colledani, on Sunday, April 14th in Nals (Italy). Team Bianchi Countervail's duo aims high in the Men's Open series at Marlene Südtirol Sunshine Race, Internazionali's round 2, scheduled at 3.00 pm CET, racing with Bianchi Methanol CV RS.
Back from a solo win at Ötztaler Forest Cross in Haiming, Tempier took the GC leader's jersey six weeks ago by winning the Andora Race Cup, Internazionali d'Italia Series' opener, ahead of Andrea Tiberi and Gerhard Kerschbaumer. The Frenchman aims for the encore in Nals. "We'll tackle one of the most demanding courses of the season, that usually highlights the climbers' skills. I really like this course: I already stepped up on Nals' podium, also winning the race three years ago. I'm ready to fight for the success again, even if the race could be even harder and unpredictable due to the bad weather conditions" Tempier explains.
THE TEAM'S BIKES
