Team Lotto NL-Jumbo’s Dylan Groenewegen confirmed himself among the best sprinters at the Tour de France, taking the second podium spot in a row at la Grande Boucle. On Wednesday July 12th, the 24-year-old Dutchman, equipped with Bianchi Oltre XR4, claimed the second place in stage 11 (Eymet - Pau 203,5 Km), whilst Norwegian Edvald Boasson Hagen completed the day’s podium. The day before, the Amsterdam-born sprinter had taken third in stage 10, in Bergerac.

Groenewegen, sixth in the Points Classification with 94 points, has been brilliantly led up by Team LottoNL-Jumbo’s teammates, pursuing the first stage win in the 104th Tour de France.

New Zealand’s George Bennett occupies the tenth overall place, 3:53 behind leader Christopher Froome in view of the first Pyrenean stage, whilst Slovenian Primoz Roglic is currently second in the KOM Classification with 30 points.
