Team Jumbo-Visma's Primoz Roglic placed third in Tour de Romandie's stage 3, 160 km with start and finish in Romont (Switzerland), holding the leader's jersey on Friday, May 3rd. Equipped with Oltre XR4, the defending champion controlled his rivals' attacks in the demanding late race, completing his effort in the wake of David Gaudu and Rui Costa.
Runner-up in the prologue, winner of the stage-1, Roglic goes on leading the GC, with a 6-second advantage on Gaudu and 8 second on Costa, and the Points Classification (95). Team Jumbo-Visma's Steven Kruijswijk is 8th in the GC with a 27-second gap from Roglic.
