Bianchi + Team MTB + Product
Team Bianchi Countervail's Italian riders will take part to the Fingers Cross, the race devised by Marco Aurelio Fontana and organized by the Luganano Off Road with the support of Red Bull, to be held in Vernasca (Northern Italy) on Sunday, November 19th. Fontana will make his CX seasonal debut with Bianchi Zolder disc, whilst Nadir Colledani will officially ride for the first time a Bianchi bike wearing the Team Bianchi Countervail's jersey and Chiara Teocchi will be back to race after the triump at CX European Championships in Women's Under 23 series.
The Fingers Cross is a "stylish and challenging"gravel, cross and MTB race on a 16 km lap with a 550-meter difference in altitude. The demanding track features alternate dirt, gravel, grass, rocks, stairways and paved roads: the goal is to make the track various and funny.
Men and women's unique start is scheduled at 11:00 am, the fastest riders are supposed to finish the race around noon. All the over-18 athletes producing a medical certificate or Italian Cycling Federation's card are allowed to participate.
