Team LottoNL-Jumbo's Danny Van Poppel rode Oltre XR4 to his second seasonal win, edging the final sprint at Halle Ingooigem, 197,7 km race with start in Halle and finish in Ingooigem (Belgium) on Tuesday, June 19th. The 24-year-old rider from Moergestel (Netherlands) outsprinted fellow countryman Fabio Jakobsen and Belgian Sean De Bie.
After giving Team LottoNL-Jumbo and Bianchi the first success of the year in Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana's opener, Van Poppel collected 7 podium displays (including a second and a third spot in Giro d'Italia's stages) before doubling his season’s tally with a perfect sprint.
