- Job description: 

  • Regular Customer service activity, better if he/she has also bicycle experience
  • Phone contact and communication with dealers
  • Daily contact with sales reps
  • Sales orders management in Infor M3, including information to customers about product availability ad expected delivery terms
  • Organization of daily shipments
  • Performing pre-invoices controls and final Invoicing
  • To attend dealer meeting and company event and help with the event arrangement
  • To attend International or local bicycle shows, if needed


- Languages:               

  • German: high level written and spoken
  • English: high level written and spoken
  • Spanish: high level written and spoken (optional)


- Working time:         Monday to Friday - 8 hrs. per day - 08,30-12,30/13:30-17:30 (indicative could change in case of office need)


- Reports to:               Customer Service Manager


Notes: this position also requires some flexibility on working hours and the ability to follow events outside the workplace like bicycle trade shows or dealer meetings.


Job Location details

Level: CCNL Metalmeccanico, employed with a level to be defined according to the experience.

Compensation: to be defined according to the experience and seniority of the chosen candidate.

Benefits: company canteen

Work place: Treviglio (BG) Italy
