Team Bianchi Countervail's Chiara Teocchi warms-up for CX World Cup's penultimate round to be held in Nommay (France). Women's Under 23 European and Italian champion was capped by Italy National Team Manager Fausto Scotti to take part to the Women Open race on Sunday, January 21st at 1:30 pm. Two weeks before Valkenburg's Worlds, her third and last seasonal goal, the 21-year-old Italian will face once again World's cyclocross big guns.
"I'm back from a hard work week in the training camp with our team in Terracina, Italy, but I'm happy and motivated to race in Nommay: as usual, I’m excited to compete with the Elite riders in the World. I'll give it everything in the last two rounds, then I'll focus on the Worlds, pursuing a great result.
Meanwhile Stephane Tempier, Marco Aurelio Fontana and Nadir Colledani will go on training in Terracina (Central Italy) in view of the 2018 MTB season, together with Team Manager Massimo Ghirotto, physioterapist Wais Baron and mechanic Daniele Falconi, until Monday, January 22nd.
Bianchi supplies the team with two high end carbon models with racing geometry: the revolutionary Methanol CV and Methanol 29.1 FS (full suspension). The Junior Team is equipped with Methanol 29 SX model. Team Bianchi Countervail also ride Zolder disc in the cyclo-cross season.
