Stef Clement (Team LottoNL-Jumbo) finished third in Vuelta a Andalucia Ruta Ciclista del Sol's fifth and final stage, a 14,2 km ITT with start and finish in Barbate (Spain) on Sunday, February 18th. The 35-year-old from Tilburg clocked 17:18, seven seconds slower than David De La Cruz and only one second behind Andrey Amador.
