Primoz Roglic (Team LottoNL-Jumbo) was runner-up for second day in a row at Tour de Romandie, strengthening his GC lead on Saturday, April 28th. In the stage 4, 149,2 km with start and finish in Sion, the Slovenian got to finish line 48 seconds behind the winner Jakob Fuglsang, outsprinting with Oltre XR4 a four-man chasing group including the GC runner-up Egan Bernal, Rui Costa and Richie Porte, who finished the race in this order.
Preceding Bernal on the podium of the day, Roglic gained two further seconds in the GC over the Colombian climber: now the Slovenian leads with a 8-second gap on Bernal and 35 seconds on Porte. Team LottoNL-Jumbo's Kruijswijk is sixth (+2:32).
