Privacy policy statement
The company F.I.V.E. Bianchi S.p.A. (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, "Bianchi" or the "Company") is aware of the importance of protecting the right to privacy, with regard to the handling of the personal data of its users. Complying with the European and Italian regulations in the matter, and taking inspiration from both the recommendations of the Group established by article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, and the documentation and the measures published by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), Bianchi informs you that this site uses cookies to enable an easier navigation and that the personal data acquired by these tools will be handled in compliance with the law in matters of personal data protection.

2. Data Retention Period
The personal data collected and processed as a result of the navigation of the site www.bianchi.com will be retained for the entire period of service delivery and then immediately erased. The technical and analytical cookies installed through the site are temporary and are erased automatically on the deadline indicated in this statement.

The collected personal data will be handled, retained, and processed with electronic instruments and will be stored in digital format and on paper, organized in databases, and on any other type of suitable media.
Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The handling of personal data carried out by Bianchi does not involve automated decision making processes.

The communication and/or the provision of the navigation data is a requirement to provide the required service (navigation on the site) and therefore it is mandatory for such purpose: the lack of communication and/or provision of personal data on the part of the person concerned, will make it impossible for Bianchi to allow the navigation on the site www.bianchi.com. The communication and/or provision of data for additional purposes is optional: the lack of communication and/or provision of data, in that case, will have no consequences for the person concerned. The installation of technical and analytical cookies from the site www.bianchi.com is optional (it can be prevented by the browser settings), but could result in the non-usability of the site or of some of its services.
 
5. Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated
The personal data collected will not be disclosed and may be communicated, as well as to subjects to whom it is recognized the faculty and the interest of access to your personal data by law or secondary and/or community legislation, to the staff of the Controller, as well as to companies, associations or professional practices that provide services and activities on behalf of the Controller in his capacity of Handling Supervisor for the fulfilment of legal obligations, as well as for every organizational and administrative need necessary to provide the required services.
The names of the additional subjects that may get to know your personal data as "Handling Supervisors" are reported in an up-to-date list available at Bianchi (to be requested to the addresses indicated in item 9).
 
6. Transfer of data abroad or to international organizations
Bianchi does not transfer abroad or to international organizations the personal data of the persons concerned, collected through the site www.bianchi.com and the instruments provided therein.
 
7. Link to sites or services from third parties
This statement is provided only for personal data handling carried out through this site or the instruments provided by the same, and not also for other web sites possibly visited by the user via connection, whose managers operate as autonomous handling controllers. We therefore invite users to read carefully their privacy policy before accessing services from third parties. 
 
8. Rights of the concerned person
In relation to the abovementioned handling of personal data, the concerned person has the power to exercise at any time the rights referred to in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and those provided by EU Regulation no. 679/2016, among which, for instance, to obtain information about:
- the origin of the personal data;
- handling aims and methods;
- the logic applied in the event of handling carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
- the identification data of the Controller, of the supervisors and of the representative appointed within the meaning of article 5, subparagraph 2 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The concerned person has the right to obtain:
- access, updating, correction or, when there is a vested interest, integration of data;
- cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of data handled in violation of the law;
- limitation of the handling of data which concern him/her;
The concerned person may also request a copy of his/her data in a standard format (so called "data portability right").
The person concerned, finally, has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the handling of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the handling of personal data for purposes of sending advertising or direct sale materials or for market researches or commercial communication.
The concerned person has the right to revoke the consent to the handling when it is based on the scope provided by the article 6, paragraph 1, letter a. (when " the concerned person has expressed the consent to the handling of personal data for one or more specific purposes"), or by article 9, paragraph 2, letter a. (when "handling is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the subject is a party or for the execution of precontractual measures adopted on request of the same") of EU Regulation 679/2016, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the handling based on the consent given before the revocation.
The concerned person, if he considers that the handling that involves him infringes the rules in force, has the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where he/she habitually resides or works or of the place where the alleged violation has occurred. The supervisory authorities of Italy may be contacted using the contact details provided on its web site.
