We process your data in order to carry out the contract you signed with Bianchi and to fulfil the legal obligations to
which Bianchi is subject pursuant to art. 6.1 letter c) of the GDPR.

To send you newsletters and promotional communications

If you choose to receive our newsletters and promotional communications, we will use your email address to send them. Your data are processed for this purpose exclusively on the basis of the consent you granted (art. 6 point a) of the GDPR), which you can always revoke, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of your data carried out before the revocation. We inform you that providing your data for this purpose is optional. However, in their absence, we will not be able to send you our newsletters and our promotional communications.

To allow you to view your nearest Bianchi dealer

If you use the “Find a Dealer” service, Bianchi may process the data relating to your geographical location for the purposes indicated above. This function is made possible because our Website is integrated with the “Google Maps” map viewing service operated by Google Inc. The legal basis for this processing is given by your consent (Article 6 (1) point a) of the GDPR), which you can express by clicking on the “Allow” button on the pop-up banner or by entering the address of your choice in the appropriate field. In this case, we also inform you that Google Inc. will process your data in accordance with its privacy policy. Please note that providing your data for the purposes referred to in this paragraph is entirely optional and at your sole discretion. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the “Find a Dealer” service.

To exercise our rights / defend ourselves in a court of law

Processing your data for this purpose is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) point f) of the GDPR), which we believe is not overridden by any of your interests, rights or fundamental freedoms.

Your personal data may be made accessible or shared by us with certain third parties, including the providers we use to manage the Website and provide the services available here, public authorities, social network managers, newsletter sending service providers, legal or tax consultants, our Parent Company and other companies belonging to the Bianchi group.

Your data may also be processed by employees of the company departments of our organisation and those of our processors. Your data will be stored within our systems, which are located within the European Economic Area. If it is necessary to send your data outside the EEA, we and our suppliers will make the transfer in compliance with the conditions set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
