The Bianchi warranty code, also called WBK, is normally found under the bottom bracket and is an alphanumeric sequence preceded by WBK, e.g. WBK824050N.

For a new battery: fully charge the battery before using the e-bike.

Frequently used battery: charge immediately when the charge level is low, you don’t need to fully charge it before use.

How to store the battery for a long period of inactivity: Charge the battery to approximately 60-80% before storage, then charge the battery every three or four months. Do not leave the battery in the bike during storage, as the e-bike system is subject to static energy consumption.
