It is important to register your Bianchi for two main reasons: 1) to confirm the authenticity of the product 2) to guarantee the right to the conventional warranty (three additional years in addition to the legal warranty).
The 2-year European legal warranty covers the bike owner who has the original receipt issued by an official Bianchi dealer. The 5-year extended warranty offered by Bianchi covers only the first owner (who has proof of purchase). The lifetime warranty extension applies only to certain models and covers only the first owner (who has proof of purchase).
The Bianchi warranty code, also called WBK, is usually located under the bottom bracket and is an alphanumeric sequence preceded by “WBK”, for example WBK824050N.

For a new battery: Fully charge the battery before using the e-bike.
Frequently used battery: Charge as soon as the charge level is low, no need to fully charge it before use.
How to store the battery for long periods of inactivity: Charge the battery to about 60-80% before storing, then recharge it every three to four months. Do not leave the battery in the bike during storage, as the e-bike system is subject to static power consumption.
