THE INVENTOR
Edoardo Bianchi was an inventor. An entrepreneur. A visionary. He was obsessed with innovation; always in pursuit of new and better.
He once said “the best way to test a bike is to race it”, an idea still deeply rooted in Bianchi’s philosophy.
With the creation of Reparto Corse, our racing division, in the 1950s this idea was made manifest.
From a workshop on the Via Nirone 7 in Milan, to elite racing that conquered the world – we are proud to carry his spirit of invention into the future.
ONE LEGACY,
TWO LIVERIES
The Officina Bianchi programme, focused on custom builds and personalisation, was established to push the limits of creativity. Oltre RC and Specialissima RC “Founder Edition” are both available in a choice of Blue Italia or Celeste Spectrum.
BLUE ITALIA
An interpretation of the colour associated with the royal house of Italy. Bianchi was the official supplier of the House of Savoy, and to this day the crown can be found in the company emblem. The dark Savoy blue is cut through with a rich heritage yellow.
CELESTE SPECTRUM
A futuristic, show-stopping combination of different hues – executed in an iridescent finish with inserts in alabaster white. Elegantly interwoven strands of celeste-green, purple and blue – a shimmering, transient effect that never looks the same.
SIGNS OF EXCELLENCE
In both liveries, you will find the number 999, historically used as a signifier that a bike was part of the “999 serie”. Bikes bearing this number have been created for professional racers or celebrated individuals of the moment, since the early days of Reparto Corse.
The letter B, speaking to the history of Bianchi, is also integrated into the design – it is a recurrent element in our visual language through the generations, typically applied to special parts and frames.
Naturally, each bike in this celebratory edition is numbered out of 85.
SPECIALISSIMA RC
The Specialissima RC is the next-gen allrounder bike, built to give you the absolute maximum in performance. Peerless uphill, exhilarating downhill. It invites you to attack every metre of the mountain.
