T-TRONIK REBEL 9.1 AND T-TRONIK REBEL 9.2

Dear Customer,

a recent check carried out by our Quality system revealed an incorrect coupling between the Shimano
EP-800 motor and the FSA CK-751 cranks.

We therefore ask you to pay the utmost attention to the following information and collaborate with
Bianchi itself in order to implement all the appropriate necessary actions.

MODELS INVOLVED AND ALREADY PROVIDED TO YOU:

YQBZ1I T-TRONIK REBEL 9.1 XT / DEOR EP8
YQBZ3I T-TRONIK REBEL 9.2 NX / SX EP8
YRBZ1I T-TRONIK REBEL9.1 XT / DEORE EP8
YRBZ3I T-TRONIK REBEL9.2NX / SX EP8 630

delivered from June 1st 2022.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

The aforementioned models may present a problem during pedaling with possible loosening of the
crank- arms and a possible detachment of the same from the motor shaft.

WHAT TO DO IF THE AFOREMENTIONED MODEL IS IN A SHOP:

1) As a precaution, wholesalers, distributors and resellers must immediately stop the sale of all the
above models: YQBZ1I, YQBZ3I, YRBZ1I, YRBZ3I.

2) Inform Bianchi Customer Service with an email to service@bianchi.com confirming the number of
bicycles (and related WBKs) present at your point of sale, so that the BIANCHI customer service can send
you compatible crank- arms for replacement (with assembly instructions) in order to solve the problem.

WHAT TO DO IF THE AFOREMENTIONED MODEL HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED TO THE END
CUSTOMER:

1) Contact the customers asking them to return the bike to their dealer for the crank arms replacement.

2) Inform Bianchi of the number of bikes already delivered to the end consumers by sending an email
to service@bianchi.com.

One of our technicians will contact you to provide information on how to replace the cranks.

Recalling that for Bianchi safety and reliability are fundamental and primary importance,
We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
