Specialissima RC and Oltre RC “Founder Edition”

In the year of its 140th anniversaryBianchi pays tribute to Edoardo Bianchi with the Founder Edition, an exclusive series of 85 Oltre RC and Specialissima RC bikes.

Featuring two exclusive liveries, the two Reparto Corse models represent the pinnacle of innovation and the racing DNA that has always defined the brand. The limited number “85” is a direct reference to 1885, the year Edoardo Bianchi opened his workshop in Via Nirone 7, Milan, starting a story that would influence not only cycling but also industry and Italian design.

The new Founder Edition was unveiled with a world premiere at the Italian Bike Festival in Misano Adriatico (Italy), and will be on display throughout the event, September 5th–7th, at stand C3.

TWO LIVERIES, ONE LEGEND

The Founder Edition is offered in two hand-painted finishes, crafted in Italy by Officina Bianchi, the program dedicated to personalization and unique creations.

Blue Italia reinterprets the royal blue of the House of Savoy, enriched with logos and details in Heritage Yellow. Edoardo Bianchi was an official supplier to the Italian Royal Family and famously introduced Queen Margherita to cycling: legend has it that her light-blue eyes inspired the iconic “celeste” color.

Celeste Spectrum provides a futuristic and spectacular vision, with an iridescent weave of celeste-green, purple, and blue that continuously changes, offering new effects with every glance. Logos and details are finished in Alabaster White.

Both colorways are available for the Specialissima RC and Oltre RC.

SYMBOLS OF EXCELLENCE

Every Founder Edition features details that recall Bianchi’s history. The number “999”, displayed on the fork, references the legendary Reparto Corse series reserved for frames built for professional athletes and celebrated personalities. The initial “B”, a recurring graphic element on special frames of the 1960s and 1970s, is now embedded on forks and frames with a refined matte-on-gloss finish. Each bike is unique, numbered from 1 to 85.

TOP-OF-THE-LINE COMPONENTS

The Specialissima RC is a new-generation all-rounder, excelling both uphill and downhill. The Oltre RC is the hyperbike that redefines aerodynamics, mastering airflow and maximizing the efficiency of the rider-machine system.

The Founder Edition models are assembled with ultra-high-end components.
