World Cup podium the goal for Tempier in Nove Mesto

Few days after the season’s World Cup debut in Albstadt, Team Bianchi Countervail’s riders are already warming up for World Cup XCO round 2, to be held from Friday to Sunday, May 24th-26th in Nove Mesto na Morave (Czech Republic). Colledani and Tempier will ride their Methanol 29 FS first in the Men Elite’s Short Track Race on May 24th at 6.45 pm CET and then in the XCO race to be held on May 26th, at 1.35 pm CET. Teocchi will compete in Women Elite series’ XCO race scheduled on May 26th at 10.20 am CET.

Eleventh in Germany’s opening round, Tempier will be committed to improve his display: “I have good feelings and I have a thing for this course: I am looking to improve Albstadt’s performance, and hopefully move into the podium positions” the Frenchman says about a venue where he claimed a fifth place at the 2016 World Championships. “I like the course, it’s demanding and technical. I’m serene and motivated” Colledani added. “It will be different than in Albstadt and I’m going to ride the Full Suspension bike too. Anyway, my goals remains the same: to gain as many positions as I can” Women Elite Series’ new entry Chiara Teocchi stated.
