Bianchi back in the Vuelta lead with Roglic
Primoz Roglic took third stage win in the Spanish grand tour, moving back to the top of the GC
Bianchi and Primoz Roglic rounded out a hat-trick at the 75th Vuelta a España on Friday October 30th stage 10, 185 km from Castro Urdiales to Suances. With his Oltre XR4, the Slovenian Champion outsprinted Felix Grossschartner and Andrea Bagioli in the uphill bunch sprint, kicking away as the finish line came into view. Thanks to 10 more bonus second and the three-second gap on Richard Carapaz, Primoz Roglic is now on the same time of Ecuadorian cyclist, but took the leader’s jersey for his better placements.
Primoz Roglic’s Oltre XR4 features the Bianchi CV system that enhances handling control by cancelling up to 80% of road vibrations thanks to a unique composite material integrated into Bianchi’s high-performance carbon frames and forks. The advantages for the riders are increased control, less muscle fatigue and, ultimately, more energy available at the crucial moment.
